5th November 2002 In the next few days the new web pages of the Wiltshire and Swindon Record Office will be added to the Wiltshire County Council website.
The new information includes guides on how to prepare for a visit to the WSRO and explanations of what resources are available for research.
There are also guides to undertaking your own research on, among other matters, Family History and House History.
The Wiltshire Wills Projects has its own section on the new web content with an in depth study on the value of wills for historians.
